For your information: Requests to borrow videos should be mailed or faxed to L M Media Marketing. Borrowers will be invoiced for the cost of shipping and handling ($25.00 + GST). VISA, MasterCard, and cheques are accepted. Please make all cheques payable to IAY/CAMH. Borrowers are responsible for returning the videos by Priority Post or courier. Videos may be borrowed for three to five days, which does not include shipping times in both directions. Borrowers are responsible for the replacement costs of videos or resource materials that are lost or damaged by them or while being shipped back.
